Support

Alright…

So you want some support? Well usually here’s how it would go.

“Make sure you submit your support ticket and fill out some forms and give me all of your information and wait a week for me to get back to you”

However, since I like teaching/coaching, I’m providing support over the telephone! In most places, you’ll reach a secretary or something which is nice I guess and you might get that here as well. However, I try my best to get on the phone with you personally.

Anyway, don’t hesitate, give me a call RIGHT NOW. Just remember I am on Eastern time and ususally take calls personally from 9am to 8pm M-F. On Saturday appointment calls only Sunday is one day I do not work.. So, If no one picks up when you call, just leave a message. Make sure you let me know when you’ll be available so that I can get back to you. VERY IMPORTANT!

Phone tag stinks and after 2-3 times of that, we would just give up and no one benefits. So here’s my contact info.
